Maths activities, building dens and working together! What a great sunny afternoon full of learning and building relationships.

During our story time we had 4 children telling different stories.

We chose which story we would like to listen to. The choices were Elmer, Hairy Maclary, I don’t want to go to bed and Keith and the magic hat.

We all listened carefully to our friends telling the story.

The children found this a nice change to me reading the class book!

We have made our own bubble wands! We carefully twisted the pipe cleaners and made sure we had a circle at the end.

We had a nice afternoon playing with the bubbles, looking closely at the colours we could see and watching them pop! We counted how many we could make at one time – we realised that blowing gently made more bubbles.
